Instead of a general AI, you can create a "Gem" to act as a "Career Coach," a "Writing Editor," a "Coding Partner," a "Learning Coach," a "Travel Planner," or any other specific expert you need. The Gem's role, tone, and specific instructions once. This saves you from repeatedly typing out long, detailed prompts for recurring tasks. For example, you could have a Gem that always summarizes documents in a bulleted list with a formal tone. By automating specific, repeatable tasks or providing instant expertise on niche topics, Gems help users work more efficiently and focus on more complex or creative endeavors.
